and On-Site Operations Manager for Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH
(DET)?Germany?s state-owned terminal operator, created to respond
to the national energy supply challenges triggered by the Ukraine

on the path to greener energy systems. Aufgaben HR Leadership Lead and
continuously improve HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
(recruitment support, onboarding, employment, development,
offboarding) Act as the primary HR business partner for senior
management, providing guidance on organizational, workforce, and
people-related decisions HR Operations Own and oversee all HR
administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and legal
compliance Ensure full compliance with labor laws, GDPR, internal
policies, and audit requirements Payroll, Benefits & Workforce
Administration Oversee benefits administration, payroll, time & leave
management, and employee data integrity HR Policies Develop,
implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and
company standards Ensure policies are clearly communicated,
understood, and consistently applied Reporting Own HR reporting for
senior management (headcount, workforce structure, KPIs, compliance
metrics) Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and improvement
opportunities Support management decision-making with structured HR
insights and recommendations Employee Relations Serve as the main
point of escalation for employee relations topics Profil Bachelor?s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related
field Several years of professional experience in HR, including HR
Generalist, HR Manager, or comparable role Strong, hands-on knowledge
of labor law, HR compliance, and HR operations Proven experience
advising management on HR and workforce topics Experience coordinating
payroll, benefits, and external service providers High level of
organizational maturity, discretion, and professional judgment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all
hierarchy levels Strong analytical skills and experience with HR
reporting and data-driven decision-making Confident, independent
working style with ownership mindset Fluent German & English Wir
